The Sustainable Development Goals also place significant emphasis on providing universal access to quality and inclusive education at all levels.
OMBADC is providing budgetary support to the School and Mass Education department for development of infrastructure and improving the quality of education in 1867 elementary schools, 512 secondary schools, 29 Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas and 40 Odisha Adarsh Vidyalayas. These efforts of the S&ME department would lead to reducing school dropouts, addressing regional disparities in terms of infrastructure and enrollment with special focus on marginalized and underserved areas and finally improving learning outcomes.
