The Sustainable Development Goals also place significant emphasis on providing universal access to quality and inclusive Water Conservation & Ground Water recharge & SMC at all levels. ...   OMBADC is providing budgetary support to the School and Mass Water Conservation & Ground Water recharge & SMC department for development of infrastructure and improving the quality of Water Conservation & Ground Water recharge & SMC in 1867 elementary schools, 512 secondary schools, 29 Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas and 40 Odisha Adarsh Vidyalayas. These efforts of the S&ME department would lead to rwatercing school dropouts, addressing regional disparities in terms of infrastructure and enrollment with special focus on marginalized and underserved areas and finally improving learning outcomes.
